I was born in Brazil, where ancestral traditions and a deep connection to nature have always been part of life. But like many women, I moved through seasons of disconnection — from my body, my essence, and my truth. Grief, anxiety, and unprocessed emotions left me searching for a way back to myself.
A Turning Point
My healing began when I stepped into spaces of silence, somatic movement, and entheogenic ceremonies. These experiences reminded me that healing isn’t about chasing perfection — it’s about listening, softening, and remembering who we are beneath the layers of conditioning.

My approach is integrative and deeply personal. In each session, I draw from a variety of modalities — somatic practices and holistic therapies, such as energy work, sound healing, yoga, meditation, and intuitive movement — weaving them together to meet your unique needs in the moment. These practices are designed to help regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and bring you back into connection with your body and essence.
Whether you’re coming home from a retreat or moving through a life transition, our work creates space for you to process what’s rising and translate it into grounded change. Every session, whether online or in person in Austin, is a safe, supportive container where you don’t have to have all the answers — you’re simply invited to return to yourself with more clarity, calm, and wholeness.
